Morning flights are $189.00 per person, seven days a week. We will have the traditional postflight toast and a light meal upon landing.
The evening flights are $210.00 per person, seven days a week.
These flights include a full, catered buffet dinner celebration
upon landing, and a Certificate of Ascension signed by your pilot. There is no sales tax to worry about on hot air balloon rides. Your arrival time to make your flight varies with the time of year; we'll give you that information when you tell us your reservation date. If you don't want to fly, but want to take part in the rest of the experience, for $21.00/person you can ride along in the chase van, and join in the postflight party. Just let us know at checkin and you can take care of payment at that time; no prepayment needed. A private Romance flight for two people (plus the pilot) is also available. This is an expensive, but memorable, way to celebrate anniversaries or other important occasions.
No pre-payment is necessary; You can hold your reservation with a credit card and pay however you like on arrival. if we can't fly due to weather, you are welcome to re-schedule, but are under no obligation.
We do require 48 hours' notice for cancellations, however. No-shows will have their cards charged for the full fare, and can fly later, on a space-available basis.
We also offer flight certificates. They are valid for one year from the purchase date. After that date has passed, if the certificate hasn't been used, it will accrue a $5.00/month records fee payable on redemption, so it's best to use it within that one year. These certificates can be purchased right here on our SSL secure online shopping cart (128 bit encryption so you don't need to worry about the safety of your purchase), or just call us at (877)-881-9699 toll-free, or (360) 805-1538. These certificates make fabulous gifts for others, or you can use it to make your own reservation. Just follow the steps after you add the certificate to your shopping cart, and specify in the "comments" window if you'd like your certificate to be sent in the mail, or emailed to you, ready to print out.
